When entering password, please use alpha-numeric characters (A-Z, a-z or 0-9) with no space. Minimum 4, maximum 20 characters.
Passwords are NOT case sensitive, e.g. "HELLO" and "hello" will be treated the same way by system.
The following characters are restricted when setting up a password.
Apostrophe ( ' )
Quotation mark ( " )
