Room Rentals

The Neighborhood Club Recreation and Wellness Center has two beautiful conference rooms available to rent for meetings.  
Each room offers:  
625 square feet
Space can accommodate 16 - 30 people, depending on the set-up.  
Wi-Fi
70-inch flat-screen TV for presentations (HDMI cable included.  Requires HDMI port from your laptop)

Partition wall can be removed to provide 1250 square feet of space that allows for larger meetings and gatherings.  
A 560-square-foot community room is also available for rent.  

One Conference Room:     $65/first two hours - $20/each additional hour
Both Conference Rooms:   $95/first two hours - $30/each additional hour
Community Room:              $65/first two hours - $20/each additional hour

At this time we are not taking room reservations for weekends.
