Ages 5 - 14 (K-8th grade)
Some of the topics and lessons covered include:
~ Handling strange-danger and bullies
~ Building a positive self-image
~ How to navigate peer pressure and circumvent it
~ Developing self-control, both physically and emotionally
~ How to improve concentration

Thursdays:
Session l:   January 4 - March 7 - 9 weeks  -  No Feb 22
Session ll:   March 21 - May 30 - 10 weeks  -  No March 28
Location:    Parcells Middle School - Boys Gym
Time:          6:45 - 7:30 pm
Fee:            $60/student (9 weeks)
                   $67/student (10 weeks)
